Return Policy Limitations:
- Expired Items may not be returned.
- Items purchased more than 90 days ago may not be returned.
- Client must provide order number associated with return. If you are not sure of your order number, your Koi representative can help.
- Promotional items may not be returned for a refund. Any returned item may be reimbursed for a maximum of the value that it was purchased for.
- Returns over 90 days are accepted only at the discretion of Koi. Returns over 90 days that are accepted are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Only products that can be re-sold and are returned within 90 days will be issued return postage.
